Medela Disposable Nursing Pads05/21/2011 ByTraci C. NOT A FAN! These are itchy on my skin, they tend to roll up for some reason. They do a good job with blocking leaks and holding the leaking milk, but they roll up and become ineffective. I highly recommend the Lansinah Brand instead. I have never had problems with that brand at all.
