Amazing Customer Service11/21/2014 ByKim N. Last week I broke the tubing for my Medela Freestyle Pump and went into panic mode trying to get new, authentic tubing as quickly as possible. This was my first time ordering from Mommy Gear, but it won't be my last. It was awesome that you could buy just the tubing separately (on medela.com, you have to buy a whole package). But best of all, I selected 2 Day Shipping at checkout. Customer service then upgraded my shipping so that it would arrive the next day. I was so grateful that they were able to get me the pump part so quickly! The tubing was authentic Medela and just as described. Would definitely recommend this website!
