To make my life easier, I use a hands free pumping bustier, but it always bothered me that the Medela personal fit breastshields would occasionally pop out of the connectors. More than once I was at risk of spilling the breastmilk that I had just pumped. With this one piece breastshield I don't have to worry anymore. Highly recommended for anyone who uses the size 24mm breastshields!
