This set comes with 3 sizes of Pumpin' Pal Flanges and 1 pair of connectors to fit the Spectra, Ameda Mya or Motif Luna breast pumps. Pumpin' Pal Super Shields are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges. Helps users to sit back in a more comfortable, natural position while using most major breastpumps. Promotes better flow & reduces nipple irritation by eliminating constriction of milk ducts while pumping. Customized Sizing: XS (15-19mm), S (20-23mm) are soft Silicone. M (24-28mm), L (26-30mm), XL (31-40mm) are BPA free plastic.

Many of our customers find they use different sizes at different times of the day, for each side or at points along their pumping journey. If you are unsure of the flange size you need, you can't go wrong with a 3 pair set.

    Which size of Super Shields should I get?     It is difficult for a mom to guess which size will work best for her. Pumpin' Pal shields work completely different than standard shields. Super Shields are tapered and so, along with size of breast and nipple, a lot depends on the elasticity of a mom’s tissue which is hard to measure. We have moms that use all 3 sizes at different times of the day.....we have moms that have changed from one size to the next to the next as their body changes over time after delivery.....we have moms that can only use one size. The reason we suggest a set of three sizes is so you have what you need when you need it. Many moms have traded off the size they aren’t using one day and find they need it the next. If you are unsure of the flange size you need, you can't go wrong with a 3 pair set.

My baby has to have fortified breast milk which means I’m a pumping mom. Let me tell you… after 3 months I was done. I was sore. So very sore and bruised and wanted to cry every time I needed to pump. Lactation specialist recommended the pumpin pals. It’s been 2 months. And I love this product. It took a little time with the instructions. But I can put them on in my sleep and I’m no longer sore and I get great output. Thank you!

My lactation consultant recommended pumpin pals to help me pump more. While looking I came across mommygear. The prices are competitive, the website is super easy to use, the customer service was phenomenal, and my new parts came in extremely quickly! It was a great shopping experience, and the super shields are so much more comfortable than my original spectra flanges.

I have a spectra pump, at some point the falanges stopped working, they were not sealing so that vacuum could be made, researching I saw that breasts change form with time and over the day. I bought the silicone ones and they have made all the difference in the world. Check for sizing before buying ;)

The design of the flanges made pumping less painful for me: and the adapter worked great with my spectra pump.

Customer service help line was also really helpful with suggestions on how to make pumping easier.

Side note : Wish the medium and large came in silicon.

Recommended in a breast feeding support group. Use flange on one side only and it’s a dream - other side doesn’t feel as wonderful but also does well with standard 19mm flange. The side it’s used on is xs size and has alleviated all pain with pumping.
